George and his team carried out a HMO conversion project for us which consisted of a 5bed , 1 self contained studio and 6 bathrooms with a separate communal living room, the end result was truly remarkable, all works completed within the strict specifications defined by the local council for a licensed HMO .

Following this project we again contracted George to carry out another 5 bed 4 bath HMO conversion and again we were not disappointed with the quality and timely completion.

Both HMOs are now tenanted and every tenant makes comments on the high end finishes adopted in these houses which makes us as landlords proud to be offering such high end accomodation which is all the hard work and attention to detail by George and his team.

On a side note , George now looks after all our Tenanted properties around London and we highly recommend him and his commitment to honesty and job satisfaction.
